  1. I make a winter soup with Parsnip, carrot, ginger, garlic, turmeric and black pepper, I put it all into my soup maker on a smooth soup setting add a little Himalayan pink salt and leave it to do it’s thing. When it’s done season to taste and stir in a little cream if you want to.
    It’s tasty warming and helps with arthritis which is worse in the cold months.
